How to use

Weleda Arnica Massage Balm is for application to the skin. Wash hands before and after use.

Directions: Shake the bottle.

Adults and children over 12 years old: Apply sparingly to the affected area with gentle massage three to four times daily.

For maximum effect apply after a warm bath or shower while the skin is still damp.

Do not exceed the stated dose!

Do not use:

• if you are allergic to Arnica montana, or to other plants in the Asteraceae (Compositae) family or to any of the other ingredients.
• if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• or apply to broken or irritated skin. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes.
• in children under 12 years of age.
